The Drives DataHub is a software gateway that extracts high-quality drive data from the Lenze inverters. It runs independently, besides the machine controller, and does not interfere with the process control. The data is made available to an IIoT-Infrastructure (such as a Cloud) via MQTT or OPC UA and is the basis for Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance applications.
As the Drives DataHub is compatible with most of the Lenze inverters, it can cover greenfield and brownfield applications. Thus, even the data of older machines can be used and monitored in order to reduce downtimes and improve productivity.
